Marijuana Discomfort Scale (MDS)

The Marijuana Discomfort Scale (MDS) is comprised of a subset of 10 items from the Marijuana Withdrawal Checklist (MWC) that have been found to be the best predictors of withdrawal. They are scored on the following scale


Individuals can choose from the following responses for presence of each symptom:

0 = Not at all

1 = Mild

2 = Moderate

3 = Severe

There is one score with no reverse scored items.
