The MAAS is a 15 item scale used to determine an individuals experience of mindfulness in general terms as well as in specific day-to-day circumstances.
Statements are scored using a 6 point scale from Almost Always (1) to Almost Never (6), with lower scores indicating a less sensitive awareness.
